Originally established to serve Single Family Rental (SFR) companies and iBuyers, we now operate in over 30 markets, covering locations “coast to coast.” We continually expand our markets, including HOA Services, Build-To-Rent (BTR) communities, and Mortgage Default Servicers. Our Beginning: Meeting Industry Needs from Day One
Reliance Property Services was born out of the growing demand for reliable property management solutions, particularly in the vacant property sector. The rapid rise of SFR companies and iBuyers created a unique need for consistent, high-quality recurring services like lawn care and pool maintenance to ensure vacant properties stayed in optimal condition. Recognizing this gap, we focused on building a team and processes that could handle these needs at scale.
Our founders have a history of managing large-scale operations at Mortgage Servicers, banks, and Service Providers in the default servicing and REO sectors. The same principles developed during the financial crisis era were used to formulate a strategic company to provide services in the growing sectors of housing.
